All orders placed through the online store of GORABBIT are processed and shipped within 1–3 working days from the date of order confirmation.

Orders are shipped across India through our trusted logistics and delivery partners. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the customer’s location, serviceability, public holidays, weather conditions, or unforeseen logistical delays.

Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

Metro Cities: 2–5 working days
Non-Metro Cities & Towns: 4–8 working days
Remote Areas: 5–10 working days

Once an order is shipped, customers will receive a shipping confirmation message along with tracking details via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.

Customers can also track their order status anytime through the “My Account” section on gorabbitshop.com.

GORABBIT is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, failed delivery attempts, or circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, transportation disruptions, or courier service issues.

If a package is marked as delivered but has not been received, customers must notify the GORABBIT support team within 48 hours of the delivery update for further assistance.

In cases where an order is returned to us due to incorrect address details, unavailability of the customer, or refusal to accept delivery, re-shipping charges may apply.
